A wide mix of products and services
Through our network of local operating divisions, we provide custom home builders, national builders and specialty contractors with more than 60,000 SKUs of building materials including specialty products such as windows, doors, millwork, roofing, siding, cabinetry and wallboard, as well as wood products. We also provide a full range of complementary services, such as design and engineering, job estimating, logistics solutions, structural components, millwork design and product selection and customization. Our customer mobile application enables our customers to input orders and download billing statements, track orders and deliveries and receive 24/7 access to product availability. It also alerts our customers to new promotions and allows them to view, share and register for company sponsored events.
Accelerating growth through strategy and culture
US LBM’s culture is one of change and continuous improvement. Since our founding, we have made more than 60 acquisitions and opened over 20 new greenfield locations. We also execute multiple initiatives and dedicate resources to optimize our platform and enhance our operations. We continue to develop/implement new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiencies and enhance customer experience and service. We partner with several institutions, including the University of Wisconsin, to develop formal training in Lean Six Sigma for our associates, who proactively seek opportunities for operational improvement and to share best practices. Our founder-led management team continues to drive this multi-pronged growth and operational strategy.
