Our Mission is to assist Military Veteran Associates with Personal and Professional Development, to Recruit and Retain more Veterans, and Engage with the community of veterans at US LBM.

Over the past three years, the Foundation and US LBM’s operating divisions have partnered with several veteran-focused organizations to build specially adapted homes for wounded veterans in Florida, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin

US LBM’s national footprint and scale, along with the depth of our operations and services, provide multiple opportunities for career growth and development for veterans. In 2020 and 2023, US LBM and our veteran associates were featured on the national TV program Military Makeover: Operation Career, which highlights employers that provide rewarding career opportunities for veterans of the armed forces.
