As Vice President of Operations for US LBM’s East Region, Gene Tomczak is responsible for the strategic planning and analysis to support the continued market growth of the company’s locations based in the East Region.
Professional History
Tomczak joined US LBM through the company’s acquisition of Charlotte-based Professional Builders Supply in 2021. Tomczak came to PBS in 2020 as its chief financial officer and was named President in 2023. Prior to joining PBS, he has held leadership roles in a variety of areas, including Human Resources, Finance and Operations with LORD Corporation, a technology and manufacturing company.
Education
Tomczak holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Gannon University in Erie, Pa.
