As vice president of Operations in US LBM’s Southeast Region, Merritt is responsible for the strategic planning and analysis to support the further growth of the company’s operating divisions headquartered in the southeastern US.
Professional History
Merritt joined US LBM through the company’s acquisition of Professional Builders Supply in 2021, where he was president of PBS Commercial, which focused on supplying multifamily builders. Prior to joining PBS, Merritt was the managing director of CBC Capital, where he led Capitol Broadcasting Company’s investment in PBS. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
