Shanbhag joined US LBM in Sept. 2021 and serves as the company’s top legal advisor, overseeing legal, compliance and corporate governance.
Professional History
Before joining US LBM, Shanbhag was executive vice president, chief legal officer, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary for BrandSafway, a leading global provider of work access and industrial service solutions. Over the course of his career, Shanbhag has held senior legal roles with Edgewell, Energizer Holdings, Honeywell Life Safety and the Gillette Company.

Shanbhag is a graduate of Columbia University Law School and Amherst College.
