As vice president of Operations for US LBM’s South Central Region, Steve Short is responsible for strategic leadership, planning and analysis to support the continued market growth of the company’s divisions based in Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.
Professional History
Short joined US LBM in 2022 as vice president of Operations and was most recently the company’s senior vice president of Supply Chain prior to his current role. He has held numerous executive-level positions in the building materials industry during his career, including leadership roles with Cornerstone Building Alliance and Stock Building Supply. Short is a graduate of Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business.
